Putin Awards Tigran Keosayan the Title of Honored Artist

The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation to director and producer Tigran Keosayan. According to RIA Novosti, the relevant decree has been published on the official website of legal acts.

"Honored Artist of the Russian Federation" title has been awarded to producer Tigran Edmondi Keosayan, a member of the non-profit partnership "Guild of Producers of Russia", in the city of Moscow," the document states.

It is noteworthy that Tigran Keosayan has been in a coma for the third week following a heart attack.
