Tsarukyan Reveals How He Will Celebrate Victory

In the first-ranking lightweight division (70 kg) of mixed martial arts in the UFC, Armenia's Arman Tsarukyan has shared his plans on how he will celebrate his victory in the title rematch against reigning champion Islam Makhachev, who competes in the same weight class.

“Of course, we will celebrate all night. I want to spend it with my family and team. After that, I will travel to Armenia, Georgia, and Russia. I spend a large part of my life in these places. I will simply express my gratitude to the people who helped me, and I will let them hold the belt. But the belt will remain in Russia,” Tsarukyan said in an interview with New York Post Sports.

It is noteworthy that Makhachev and Tsarukyan will compete for the UFC lightweight championship belt at UFC 311, which will take place on January 18, with the event occurring on the night of January 19 in Los Angeles.
