Shocking footage has emerged from the city of Magdeburg, Germany, where a vehicle plowed into a crowd at a Christmas market. According to T-online, 11 people have died and an additional 60 have been injured.

The state government has classified the incident as a terrorist attack. The moment of the arrest of the suspect, who allegedly drove his BMW into dozens of people at the Christmas market, has also been released.
