Video: Kursk Region Under Massive Ukrainian Armed Forces Shelling

The city of Rylsk in the Kursk region has been subjected to massive shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was reported to RIA Novosti by the head of the region, Andrey Belousov.
According to the regional leader, there are casualties as a result of the attack. Belousov stated that approximately 15 strikes were recorded.
The acting governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, confirmed the missile strike on the city. He informed on his Telegram that emergency services are working at the scene.
