Zelensky on Today's Russian Strike

Russia has launched 93 missiles and nearly 200 drones towards Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky has reported.

"This is one of the largest strikes directed at our energy sector," he noted, adding that at least one missile was from North Korea.

"81 missiles have been intercepted; our F16 was struck during the interception of a cruise missile," said Zelensky.

Zelensky has again called on Western allies to pre-deploy protected air defense systems, particularly Patriot systems, for effective missile reconnaissance and to strengthen sanctions against Russia.
