Power Outages Expected in Yerevan and Six Regions

The "Electric Networks of Armenia" closed joint-stock company has announced that on December 12, planned renovation works will temporarily interrupt the electricity supply in the following locations from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this time, electrical maintenance is scheduled for a one-hour period affecting various addresses.

In Yerevan, the affected areas include:
- Davtashen 4th district and Agababyan street (partial interruption) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Avan Arinj second block: buildings 2/3, 2/4, 1/5
- Paruyr Sevak district, 4th street, 1st alley, 6 buildings; and private houses in adjacent areas
- Various buildings in the regions listed, including Murats, Moskovyan Street 7, 9, Sayat Nova Avenue, among others, are also affected in designated time slots.

In addition, other regions facing power outages include:
- In Armavir Province: partial interruptions in Artashat city, Noravan, and Mayisyan villages from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- In Aragatsotn Region: interruptions in Akunk, Voskewtas, Karmrashen, and nearby areas from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Kotayk Province: intermittent outages in Hrazdan city from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

In the Gegharkunik region: the entire Geghovit community will be without power from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Other areas like Eranos and Astghadzor will also experience various interruptions.

The company has also reported that reconstruction works will be carried out in Nor Edesia, Nor Amanos, and Aragatsotn communities to provide reliable power supply, estimated to be completed by December 26. Temporary electricity interruptions may occur during this construction period, for which the company requests the understanding of its subscribers.
