Zakhrova: The Insatiable Desire to Extend Kyiv's Downfall
The United States wishes to extend the Ukrainian authorities' "downfall" and continues to provide assistance to Kyiv. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, in an interview with TASS.
"This is an insatiable desire to prolong the downfall of Kyiv's regime, personally Zelensky, and all the corrupt deals that the Biden administration has created around the situation in Ukraine," the diplomat explained.
On December 10, the U.S. Treasury announced the allocation of $20 billion for Ukraine's needs, as part of the G7 initiative to provide emergency loans.
The funding will become a part of the G7 countries' program to provide $50 billion to Ukraine based on revenues from frozen Russian assets. The Russian authorities consider this decision illegal and promise retaliatory measures. For more details, see the article in "Gazeta.Ru".
