Romania's Constitutional Court Invalidates Presidential Election Results

Romania's Constitutional Court has annulled the entire electoral process of the country's presidential elections. This was reported by the court's press service, according to TASS.

“The Romanian Constitutional Court, in order to ensure the correctness and legality of the electoral process, unanimously decided to invalidate the entire electoral process for the election of the President of Romania,” the statement reads.

As a result of this decision, the results of the first round will be nullified, and the presidential elections will be held again from the very beginning, including the pre-election campaign, Agerpres agency clarifies.
