Power Outages in Yerevan and 8 Regions for Extended Period

The Electric Networks of Armenia LLC informs that on December 4, planned repair work will temporarily suspend electricity supply at the following addresses in Yerevan and surrounding regions:

From 10:00 to 16:00, electricity supply will be discontinued in parts of the Davtashen 1st community and to non-residential consumers for 1 hour.

In Yerevan:

• 10:00-16:00: 187 Bashinjaghyan St, 18B Sisakyan St;
• 11:00-17:00: 11, 11A Bagratuniats Ave and adjacent non-residential consumers;
• 11:00-17:00: 18 Chekhov St and adjacent non-residential consumers;
• Various residential and commercial addresses, including the Embassy of Russia, the Armenian State Circus, and others, will also experience interruptions in power supply throughout the day.

In the Ararat region:

• 10:00-12:00: Parts of Khachpar, Hayenist, Hovtashat, Argavand, Khachpar, and Gukasavan;
• 10:30-12:30: Partial supply interruptions in Artashat city (Arrazi and Aram Khachatryan streets) and Ararat city (parts of Araratyan street);

The rest of the outlined areas across other regions such as Vayots Dzor, Kotayk, Gegharkunik, and Shirak will also experience similar outages during specified hours.

Moreover, the company announced that reconstruction works are underway in Nor Edesia, Nor Amanos, and Aragatsotn in order to ensure uninterrupted and reliable electricity supply. These works are expected to conclude by December 26, and temporary interruptions may occur during the renovation period.
