Car Collides with Locomotive, Charred Body Discovered

On November 21, at 10:57 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received information that in the village of Artashar, Armavir Province, a car had collided with a locomotive and caught fire. Reports the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Three firefighting units from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 11:20 AM and extinguished by 11:40 AM.
Rescuers discovered a charred body at the site.
