Civil Contract Party Boycotts Vote on Statement Regarding Armenian POWs Held in Baku

The Civil Contract Party in the Armenian National Assembly did not participate in the discussion and voting on a statement regarding Armenian prisoners of war held in Baku. The statement was presented by the opposition. Only 30 members from opposition factions voted in favor, and there were no abstentions or votes against.
Only the Vice Presidents of the National Assembly, Hakob Arshakyan and Ruben Rubinyan, representing the Civil Contract Party, were present but did not participate in the vote.
