Will Pensions Increase in 2025?

In 2025, the pension amounts will be maintained, announced the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Narek Mkrtchyan, in parliament while presenting next year's budget. This means that a pension increase is not planned in next year's budget.

It is worth recalling that earlier, Narek Mkrtchyan had stated, “In 2024, we will not be increasing pensions; the next pension increase is scheduled for 2025. In 2025, we will take the path toward increasing pensions.”

Notably, pensions will not rise even though the ministry's budget has increased.
