VIDEO: Up to 15,000 People Gather on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi

On Rustaveli Avenue near the parliament building in Tbilisi, an opposition rally is taking place against the results of the parliamentary elections held on October 26. This is reported by Meduza.

The exact number of attendees is not known. The Paper Kartuli newspaper reports that about 500 people gathered near the parliament building before the start of the rally. Later, they were joined by participants of the opposition march.

Blogger Nikolai Levshits claims that between 5,000 to 10,000 people have come to the rally. The 'Dozhd' television channel, citing its correspondent, estimates the number of participants at 15,000.
