How Much Money Was Collected for Public Transport in Yerevan Yesterday

As of November 1, certain changes have been implemented regarding the use of public transport. In particular, three payment options have been offered for using the Man, ZhongTong, and GazelCity transport services. This was reported by the spokesperson for the mayor, Haik Kostanyan, on his Facebook page.

“On November 1, Yerevan Bus LLC collected 31,678,200 AMD, of which 5,215,300 AMD was through validators (via mobile app QR, paper QR). The day before, on October 31, the collections amounted to 30,694,500 AMD, with 1,970,900 AMD processed via validators. Until the transition to a complete ticketing system, it will soon be possible to make payments using bank cards as well,” Kostanyan noted.
