Weightlifter Milena Khachatryan Becomes European Under-23 Vice Champion

Members of the Armenian weightlifting team continue to perform successfully at the European Youth and Junior Championship.

In the ongoing European weightlifting championship in Poland for under-23 athletes in the 81 kg weight category, Milena Khachatryan lifted 96 kg in the snatch event, earning a silver medal. In the clean and jerk, she managed to lift only 122 kg, where she also secured a small silver medal. With a total lift of 218 kg, Khachatryan became the vice champion of the European Youth Championship.
