Man Who Tortured Cat Released

A 51-year-old resident of the village of Avshar has been charged with cruel treatment of a cat, as reported by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia. The individual has admitted to committing such an act and has expressed remorse for it.

As a measure of restraint, a ban on leaving was selected, and the individual has been released from detention.
