Vladimir Putin was unable to pronounce the name of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan this time. It took him three attempts to introduce the Turkish president at the BRICS summit, according to the News Agency.
Putin has repeatedly mispronounced names while addressing other heads of state, for example, he often distorts the name of Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
