Russian Deputy Energy Minister Arrested
Sergey Mochalnikov, the Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia, has been arrested. This was reported by law enforcement agencies to RIA Novosti.
"The issue of filing charges and determining the measure of restraint is being resolved," the agency was informed. The materials of the case will be sent to court on October 25.
