The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has arrived in Kazan to participate in the BRICS summit.
It is noteworthy that the three-day BRICS summit, under the presidency of Russia, begins on October 22 in Kazan.
Earlier, it was reported that performances of the famous Russian songs "Kalinka-Malinka" and "Techet Ryeka Volga" were played in honor of the BRICS leaders.
