More than 80 Percent of Issues Agreed Upon During Negotiations, UN Office Director
The Director of the UN Office in Geneva, Tatiana Valovaya, expressed hope that a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan will be signed in the near future. She noted with satisfaction that "more than 80 percent of issues have been agreed upon during negotiations."
