IDF Confirms Death of Colonel in Gaza Clashes
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has confirmed that a colonel was killed during clashes in the northern Gaza Strip, according to a statement from the military's press service.
Colonel Ehsan Daksan, 41, from Daliyat al-Karmel, was the commander of the 401st Armored Brigade of the 162nd Armored Division. He was killed in combat during the ongoing conflict in the northern region of Gaza, the report stated.
