VIDEO: Putin on Zelensky's Statements

Russia will not allow Kyiv to create nuclear weapons under any circumstances. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The President of Russia described Zelensky's statement that an alternative to Ukraine's NATO membership would be the acquisition of nuclear weapons as a dangerous provocation.
Any steps in this direction will receive an appropriate response, Putin said in an interview with leading media outlets from BRICS countries.
