In a conversation with journalists about the incident that occurred between MP Hovik Agazaryan and NSS head Argishti Kyaramyan during the discussions on October 15, Bagrat stated that it was merely an episode reflecting the entire bankruptcy and misery of the state governance system. “People confessed at their own risk.
