Former One Direction Member Liam Payne Found Dead

British singer and former One Direction member Liam Payne has been found dead near the Casa Sur hotel in Buenos Aires. He was 31 years old. This has been reported by the BBC.

The police have determined that Payne fell from the third floor of the hotel. He died from severe injuries sustained in the fall. Paramedics who arrived at the scene confirmed the singer's death.

Payne was born on August 29, 1993. He was previously married to British singer and former Girls Aloud member Cheryl Cole, who gave birth to their son in 2017.

In 2010, Payne participated in the X Factor competition. His performance of Justin Timberlake's 'Cry Me A River' impressed all the judges, after which he joined other talented contestants to form the boy band One Direction. The group became one of the most successful in pop music history. However, the young members parted ways in 2016 to pursue their individual projects.
