Body of Iranian General Killed with Hezbollah Leader Nasrallah Discovered

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has announced that the body of Quds Force commander Abbas Nilforoushani has been found. He was killed during an Israeli attack on Beirut alongside Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. This was reported by the Tasnim agency on Friday, October 11.

“Thanks to efforts made day and night, the body of martyr Abbas Nilforoushani has been discovered,” the agency's report stated.

It is clarified that information regarding the repatriation of the Iranian general's remains and burial plans will be announced later.
