Russia and Azerbaijan's Relations are Developing Positively, Says Putin

"I want to immediately mention that the relations are developing positively. We noted this during my official visit to Azerbaijan. 4.3 billion dollars in trade turnover, more than four billion dollars of our direct investments in the Azerbaijani economy," said Putin during a meeting with Aliyev.
