VIDEO: Avinyan on Fireworks Incident During Concert

During a working meeting of the Yerevan City Hall, Mayor Tigran Avinyan addressed the incident involving fireworks at a concert that occurred a few days ago, which did not have the required permit.

Tigran Avinyan reminded that under current legislation, fireworks are generally prohibited in Yerevan, except in cases where there is permission from the mayor.

“The documentation regarding the fireworks that took place during the concert a few days ago should be discussed with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This was an event where the fireworks would definitely have been allowed if there had been an application. But since there was none, I kindly ask that we prepare this documentation,” said Tigran Avinyan.
