«Next Year, Arts Cities to Recognize Azerbaijani Lachin and Armenian Meghri»: Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov recently stated in his speech that it is proposed to approve a list of cultural cities in the CIS countries by a separate decision of the leaders of the CIS nations.
“Next year, the Azerbaijani city of Lachin will be recognized as a cultural city, in 2026, the Armenian city of Meghri, and in 2027, the Belarusian city of Molodechno,” he announced.
