Who Is Serving the Talks About Handing Over Tigranashen: Deputy Foreign Minister

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Vahan Kostanyan, believes that the discussions regarding Tigranashen serve the agendas of various external forces aimed at destabilizing Armenia. He mentioned this during a conversation with reporters on October 3.

“Not a single square meter of the Republic's sovereign territory has been handed over to anyone,” he stated. Regarding the border delimitation process, he noted, “that process will continue in its natural course.”

The Deputy Foreign Minister emphasized that stability and peace in the South Caucasus play a crucial role for the sovereignty, territorial integrity, inviolability of borders, and democracy of Armenia.
