Putin Awards Former Ambassadors of Armenia and Azerbaijan

Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded the Order of Friendship to former Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vagarshak Harutyunyan for his services in strengthening ties between the two countries.

Vladimir Putin also awarded the Order of Nevsky to former Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu for his contributions to enhancing cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan.
