VIDEO: Israel Begins 'Preemptive Offensive Operation' Against Hezbollah

Israel has initiated a 'preemptive offensive operation' against Hezbollah, targeting the military infrastructure developed by the movement over the past 20 years, said Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi.

The Israeli cabinet will declare a special situation across all regions of the country until September 30. This will allow authorities to impose restrictions.
