Android and Google may cease operations in Russia. This was announced by State Duma deputy Anton Gorelkin. He stated that the company's servers are becoming outdated, but due to American sanctions, there is no one to update them.

“Most of Google's caching servers, which are installed on the sites of Russian telecommunications operators, need to be updated. But this is impossible, as the corporation is no longer officially present in our country, and U.S. government sanctions prevent it from working with Russian partners,” the deputy said.
