Zelensky to Visit the US to Request Permission from Biden: Bild

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is set to travel to the United States to personally request permission from President Joe Biden to strike deep into Russian territory with Western long-range weaponry. This was reported by the German publication Bild.

It is noted that Zelensky will arrive in Washington within the next few weeks. There, he will present his strategy to the current occupant of the White House, Joe Biden, as well as to presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, according to RIA Novosti.

Earlier, it was reported that during his visit to the US, Zelensky aims to present his 'plan,' which includes agreements on ceasefires in specific sectors of the frontline.

Meanwhile, it has recently become known that Ukraine has submitted a list of targets to the US and the UK, detailing the locations it intends to strike within Russia using long-range weaponry, should its armed forces be permitted to do so.
