Yerevan Mayor Loses Appeal Against Ishkhan Saghatelyan in Court

The Mayor of Yerevan has lost his appeal against Ishkhan Saghatelyan at the Court of Appeal. Lawyer Vahe Grigoryan reported that based on the actions of the "Resistance" movement protests and emergency gatherings that took place in 2022, the Mayor filed four lawsuits against Saghatelyan, demanding a fine of up to 300,000 AMD for each, totaling up to 1.2 million AMD.

The Administrative Court of Appeal has published its decision regarding these cases, rejecting the Mayor's appeal and leaving the decision of the Administrative Court unchanged.
