Artsakh Diocese to Provide Baptism and Marriage Certificates to Residents
“The Artsakh Diocese will provide baptism and marriage certificates to residents of Artsakh,” stated His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan during the program “In Reality” aired on Artsakh Public Television.
“It is important for us that every resident of Artsakh who has been baptized and married according to the traditions of the Suob Church must receive these certificates,” emphasized Bishop Vrtanes.
