The MP from the Civil Contract Party, Vahe Ghaleumyan, has not read the draft of the peace agreement. When asked by reporters if he had read it, the MP responded briefly, 'No.'
When pressed on whether it was a matter of time or desire, he replied, 'There was a desire, but there was no time.'
