Businessman's Body Found in Bathroom Alongside Gun Awarded by Artsakh President

A mysterious and tragic incident occurred in the Armavir region today, September 9. According to shamshyan.com, at approximately 11:00 AM, operational information was received at the Vagharshapat Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia that a man's body was found in a house in one of the villages they serve.

Medical personnel from the Ejmiadzin Medical Center arrived at the scene and discovered the man in the bathroom of the house, confirming his death.

The Vagharshapat Police Department informed the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia about the incident, prompting a team of investigators to arrive at the scene.

Police and investigators found a firearm near the man's body in the bathroom. Preliminary reports suggest that he may have taken his own life by shooting himself.

A criminal investigation has been initiated in the Vagharshapat Investigative Department regarding the incident.

The deceased has been identified as a 38-year-old resident of Yerevan, L. E. According to website sources, he was a businessman, and the gun with which he allegedly committed suicide was awarded to him by a former president of the Republic of Artsakh.
