Video: Military Commissioner Attacks Woman in Odesa Who Brought Food to Her Husband
In Odesa, a military commissioner attacked a woman who had brought food to her husband. The incident occurred near the military commissariat building. Witnesses report that the employee who assaulted the woman was intoxicated.
