Telegram is Harmful, Says Budanov

Telegram poses a threat to Ukraine's national security. While it is technically difficult to shut it down in Ukraine, it is possible.

This was stated by Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, according to RBK-Ukraine. “I have never been afraid, and I am now stating directly that Telegram is a threat to our national security. I say this absolutely directly, and we have even put it in documents,” Budanov declared.
