Reports of Euro Featuring Aznavour's Portrait are False

Reports of a Euro banknote featuring the portrait of Charles Aznavour are false. Recently, images of a €100 banknote with Aznavour's image have been circulating within the Armenian segment of the Facebook social network, claiming to be in circulation in Europe. However, these images are not new.

The Fact-Checking Platform (Fip.am) has previously addressed these claims, informing that such a banknote does not exist and that, in reality, a souvenir version of a banknote featuring Charles Aznavour's image has been released for sale.
