Law Enforcement Takes Action in Kiran; Publication Reports

Due to a unilateral concession in Kiran, dozens of residents have lost their properties, including three houses, a gas station, a vulcanization point, and plots of land, for which the state has provided compensation under strict confidentiality. According to our sources, 11 property owners have so far refused compensation; they report that the compensation amount is not disclosed, only receiving a form to sign, while being assured of favorable conditions for compensation. This was reported by the newspaper ‘Publication’.

“We were informed that in recent days, law enforcement has started working against the persistent residents of Kiran at the local level, with employees from the NSS and other law enforcement agencies visiting those who refuse compensation and attempting to exert psychological pressure to break their resolve. If the residents of Kiran remain steadfast, they can first appeal to domestic courts with their property certificates, and then to international courts,” the newspaper writes.
