Who Has the Mother See Invited to the Consecration of the Renovated Cathedral?

The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: 'It is already known that on September 28 and 29, the long-awaited Holy Myron consecration and the consecration of the renovated Mother Cathedral will take place. Besides the fact that the construction is incomplete and only part of the area will be shown to guests on that day, there is another intrigue: who will the Mother See invite, and will the current authorities participate in this historic event?

We have learned that, according to church calculations, they expect around 2,000 guests from Armenia and the Diaspora. It has also been decided to send invitations to the current authorities, including all members of the Security Council and all MPs. Former presidents will also be invited. However, whether any of the invited guests will visit Etchmiadzin that day remains unclear. The level of participation from the authorities will provide insight into the current state of church-state relations.'
