Five Drones Shot Down in One Night: Russian Defense Ministry Statement

The air defense forces have destroyed three unmanned aerial vehicles in the Belgorod region and two in the Kursk region during the night. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.

“During the past night, an attempt to carry out a terrorist attack using unmanned aerial vehicles against objects on the territory of the Russian Federation by the Kyiv regime was thwarted. A total of five aircraft-type drones were destroyed by air defense forces. Three drones were shot down in the Belgorod region, and two in the Kursk region,” the statement said.

It is worth noting that Ukrainian forces regularly shell and attack Russian border regions using various means, including drones, particularly affecting Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, and Voronezh regions.
