Pavel Durov's Last Meeting Before Arrest Revealed: It Involved an Azerbaijani Billionaire
The last person that Telegram founder Pavel Durov had contact with before his arrest is Azerbaijani billionaire Huseyn Hasanov.
According to the SHOT Telegram channel, the Azerbaijani businessman had breakfast with blogger and 24-year-old streamer Yulia Vavilova. A few hours later, Durov and Vavilova flew to Paris on the billionaire's private jet, where French security officials were already waiting for them.
Durov had breakfast with his blogger friends at the renowned SHORE HOUSE BAKU restaurant in Baku, located on the Caspian Sea coast. It is owned by prominent Azerbaijani businessman Emin Agalarov.
