Telegram Founder Pavel Durov Arrested in Paris
Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, has been arrested after being taken into custody at the Le Bourget Airport in Paris, according to reports from French media and RIA Novosti.
Durov arrived in France on a private jet from Baku. It was later revealed that the entrepreneur has been detained.
According to French media reports, Durov, who holds French citizenship, was on a wanted list in the country. Based on the preliminary investigation, a request has been made to France's Directorate for the Fight Against Crime Involving Minors.
