Musk Does Not Rule Out Measures Against X Following Durov's Arrest
Against the backdrop of the arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov, American billionaire Elon Musk has not ruled out measures against X, the social network he owns, according to RIA Novosti.
Following Durov's arrest, American entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy wrote on X, "Today it’s Telegram, tomorrow it will be X." Musk responded to this post with a double emphasis on the number 100.
It should be noted that Pavel Durov, founder of Telegram, was arrested after being detained at the Le Bourget airport in Paris. Durov arrived in France on a private jet from Baku. It has since been revealed that the entrepreneur has been taken into custody.
According to French media, Durov, who holds French citizenship, had been on a wanted list in the country. The corresponding inquiry was filed with the French authorities combating crimes against minors, based on the pre-investigation materials.
