Who are the tenants of the AOKS building? "Hetq"

According to "Hetq", the AOKS building has been leased by businessman brothers Hayk and Ghukas Khachatryan. It should be noted that on June 6 of this year, the government decided to lease the non-residential area of 651.6 square meters of the building located at Abovyan Street 3 (AOKS) for a period of 10 years.

The building returned to the state and the land it occupies have been secured to the State Property Management Committee in November 2023. The total area of the AOKS building is 701.4 square meters, however, only 651.6 square meters (1-3 floors) were offered in the rental competition. This is because the 49.8 square meter basement area is adjacent to the property owned by "Tbilisi" LLC at Abovyan Street 3, building number 1, and "Tbilisi" has applied to the State Property Committee for the rental of that basement space.

On August 17, the State Property Management Committee (SPMC) announced that the winner of the rental competition for the building returned to the state at 3 Abovyan Street was "Zeth and A" LLC, which offered a monthly rent of 16.2 million drams. The SPMC had announced a starting rental price of 15.4 million drams.
