Video: 'Satan's Wheel' Erupts, 30 Injured in Germany
During the 'Hyefield' festival held on the shores of Lake Shtermthal near Leipzig, the 'Satan's Wheel' caught fire. According to a representative of the local police, Josephine Zader, reported by the German tabloid Bild, more than 30 people sustained minor injuries, including four police officers.
At the same time, the publication cited the head of the operational department of the German Red Cross, stating that two individuals suffered more serious injuries. Eyewitnesses reported that firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and managed to extinguish the fire. However, the cause of the fire is still unclear.
According to DW, the 'Hyefield' musical festival takes place on the banks of Lake Shtermthal. It is expected that around 30,000 people will visit 'Hyefield' in 2024.
