Head of the Urban Development Committee Visits Hrazdan and Kiranth
The Head of the Urban Development Committee, Yeghiazar Vardanyan, has made another tour of construction sites for projects conducted under the committee's supervision. Together with the committee's specialists, representatives from design, contracting, and technical oversight companies, he visited Tavush and Kotayk provinces.
In Kotayk province, construction work is underway on a modular nursery-kindergarten in Hrazdan, which will have a capacity of 144 places. Internal finishing and external landscaping work is being carried out. The nursery-kindergarten will feature solar photovoltaic and solar water heating systems. A playground with artificial grass cover is also planned to be built.
In Tavush province, the committee head monitored the construction progress of the main school in Kiranth. The construction work is in the final stages, with plans to hand over the school for operation in September.
The head of the Urban Development Committee discussed issues regarding quality and timelines with representatives from the organizations involved in the projects and provided guidance. He emphasized the importance of teamwork among all parties involved in the projects and the need for consistency in ensuring high quality.
