Video: Russian Soldier Attempts Suicide with Grenade in Kyiv

In Kyiv, Russian soldiers have attempted suicide using grenades. This information has been reported by Ukrinform. It is noted that a Russian conscript tried to detonate a grenade in an attempt to end his life. He was rescued by Ukrainian military personnel.

The soldier mentioned that he and his companion resorted to this drastic measure out of fear of being captured.

Previously, Kyiv's mayor, Vitali Klitschko, had reported that a grenade had exploded in one of the cafes in Kyiv.
